This is a standalone hyperbaric medical chamber.  The chamber is twinlock capable of accommodating 14 people in the main lock and 3 people in the entry lock.  The working pressure of the main lock is 5 Bar and the working pressure of the entry lock is 10 Bar.  This chamber was originally installed in a hyperbaric facility which was closed in 2008.  The external main lock door is 1.1 mtrs dia circular and the chamber has back to back doors internally so that each chamber can be pressurised and depressurised without affecting the other lock.  The chamber has independent seating and 24 viewports in the main lock for additional lighting.  The chamber is supplied with a free standing control panel and a small hyperbaric and infant medical chamber which is small enough to be transported into the main lock without the need to equalise the chamber pressure.  Additionally there is a small panel for gas distribution, treatment gases and main pressurisation gases.  The chambers and the panels are in need of full refurbishment.  This equipment could be fully upgraded to the current European Medical Equipment Directive Specification.
