It is the policy of SUBMARINE MANUFACTURING & PRODUCTS LTD to seek continuing improvements in the ‘Management of Design, Manufacture and Supply of De-Compression, Hyperbaric & Medical Chambers’ ‘Assembly, Repair, Refurbishment & Stockholding of Diving, Underwater & Associated Equipment Including HP Air’ and, also to seek continuing improvement to the Quality Management System.

We recognise that this goal will only be achieved by our commitment to effective and efficient Quality Management and Good Business Practice at all levels and within every function in our organisation.

To support these aims, the Company:-

• Has implemented a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008.
• Is committed to establishing and reviewing quality objectives.
• Is committed to the process of continual improvement in all parts of its operation.

We recognise that our personnel are our ultimate strength and we are committed to their continual development and training. We are committed to never compromising on quality or integrity as to do so would mean to fail in our aims laid out above.

The contents of the Quality Manual are mandatory and it is the responsibility of all personnel to ensure that procedures are followed. This Quality Policy and Quality Objectives will be reviewed at each Management Review, which are held once per year at 12 monthly intervals. The Documentation supporting the Quality Objectives will be reviewed and the Management Team will discuss their findings and new Objectives will be set accordingly.
