Bio

I served a full Mechanical Engineering Apprenticeship, to HNC level.Started in the Offshore Diving Industry in 1977 as a Dive Systems Technician for J Ray McDermott International LTD, working up to Equipment Superintendent responsible for both the North Sea Area and West Africa. I progressed through a number of offshore companies, ETPM Deep-Sea Ltd, Stolt Offshore Ltd finally becoming Equipment & Base Manager for Fraser Diving International LTD Dubai.

 

I joined SMP in 2005 as the Engineering Director to assist Phil in expanding the company.

 

We Created an In-house design capability to provide an Engineering Solution Service, in order to benefit our customers and to further allow the design and manufacture of new, specialist and bespoke products to satisfy our client base and enhance our reputation within the industry.
