Terms Quotation:
Prices: All quotations are in Pounds Sterling and are ex works.
VAT: All prices exclude VAT.
Payment Terms: Strictly 30 days net for account customers, subject to prior arrangements.
Payment for Non Account Customers: Shall be by Pro-forma Invoice.
Specialist Orders: For custom built items of equipment requirements are 50% deposit with official purchase order and
the balance payable before collection/delivery from our premises.
Currency Rates: Exchange rate valid at time of quotation.
Carriage: Extra, special delivery arrangements can be arranged prior to delivery and subject to additional charge to be borne
by the customer. No part deliveries will be made unless at customers request and subject to all additional delivery cost
to be borne by the customers.
Delivery/Availability: Subject to current stocking levels at time of order.
Discounts: To trade account customers only.
Restocking Charge: 20 % re-stocking fee will apply on all returned items without an authorised returns reference number
and return due to customers order error.
Title of Goods: Shall not pass from the goods until they are paid for in full.
Validity: All quotations are valid up to 45 days after which a revised quotation must be requested.
Orders: No orders will be processed without official company purchase order for account customers and before payment for
non account customers.
