This panel is a 1 Diver HP/LP control panel suitable for offshore, inshore/inland use. The panel complies with HSE guidelines. The panel is mounted in an aluminium frame and the panel fascia is also engraved aluminium. There are 3 air supply inlets, 1 off LP and 2 off HP. The depth gauges are 150mm dia. with a range 0-70 metres. (0-230 feet). The panel pressure gauges are 62mm dia. The pressure gauges are oil filled or oxygen clean dependant on the customer requirements. All the inlets and outlets are 3/8 & 1/4 B.S.P.P. All LP valves are quarter turn ball valves and the HP valves are 1/4 inch needle valves. The LP air supply has a max. inlet working pressure of 15 bar (220 p.s.i.) and the HP air supply has a max. inlet working pressure of 204 bar (3000 p.s.i.).
The basic dimensions are 620mm high x 440mm wide x 215mm deep. The panel is supplied fully certified, calibrated and complete with supporting documentation.
