The Snooperette is safe because it operates on low voltage AC or DC. We offer it in 12, 24, 30, and 36, volt models, and a wide range of wattage's are available. Other safety features include a housing that is dielectric to 500 volts, a depth rating of 670m or 1220m, aquaprene cable, and a tempered borosilicate glass lens.

The Snooperette's intense light beam is due to a tungsten-halogen lamp mounted in the focal point of an internal aluminised mirror-glass parabolic reflector. In addition, several lenses are available for the Snooperette - clear for brilliant work light, frosted for videotaping, blue for increased visibility in murky water, blue-frosted for videotaping in murky water and re and re-frosted for combating night blindness. One Snooperettecan perform many functions; new applications never make it obsolete.
