The Birns Tubelight is perfect for use in narrow inspection tubes. It has an outside diameter of only 48mm. suspends from it's cables and provides a brilliant 360-degree beam.

The Tubelight's surface is super-smooth for thorough cleaning. It has no exposed threads or crevices to catch radioactive debris, no sharp edges to tear workers' clothing, no wires to come loose and no solder joints to break.

The Tubelight relamps in 60 seconds, with inexpensive and readily available minican lamps. These brilliant lamps operate on 120 or 240 volts, on 100, 150, 250 or 500 watts and have rated lifetimes as long as 2000 hours! The clear Lexan lens protector doesn't cut down the light output (unlike steel mesh) of the 360-degree beam.
