The Nautronix range of one, two and three diver phones allow the operator full flexibility in diver communications. Each unit can operate in either a 2 or 4 wire configuration. Using two wires to each diver the tender controls communication with one or two divers and diver to diver. Using four wires to each diver (duplex), up to five divers and the tender can communicate open circuit, bypassing the press to talk and cross talk switches. The record jack allows a recording device to be connected when a complete record of all communications is needed.

These heavy duty units have a wide variety of applications, from small diving companies, to medical compression treatment chambers and large commercial and military diving operations. All models use an audio amplifier with cross switching, allowing communications between the tender and divers, and between divers. The diver cable is fully isolated from the electronics providing complete shock protection for the diver.

All units have built in batteries. An option for Nicad rechargeable batteries and an external power input is available on the 2 diver unit.

The housings are manufactured from tough plastic, and all front panel connections are fully sealed. This provides a floating and splashproof unit (except 3204) suitable for all types of diving work including small boats and military requirements.
